I am a very straightforward person.  I hope you will find all the information on my site to give you an idea of who I am, what I do and how much I charge for my services. 

I work at One Percent Realty because it makes sense to me.  Perhaps my background as a real estate investor has influenced how I view the world of real estate.  In my mind, a condo or a house is a big part of my clients’ financial future.  They have worked hard to pay for it and should keep as much of their equity as possible. 

This does not mean that I think agents should work for free.  No.  They are offering a service and, like any profession, the quality of that service can vary from agent to agent.  I do a high quality job and my commission model helps keep my costs low.  This saving I then pass onto my clients.
